- Children spend about half of their school day outside in the school’s backyard utilizing climbers, an obstacle course, swings, sand and water play, a playhouse, balance beams and forts. We encourage creative movement!
- Parents sign-out children form the school.
- Working parents and TNS staff clean and sanitize the facility.
We believe that there is no bad weather, only bad clothing. We go outside everyday, no matter what the weather is doing (unless there is bad smoke or lightening.) We have rain suits for each child and extra boots and jackets. We encourage parents to send a change of clothing, just in case!

- To explore and discover the best ways for you and your young child to live together.
- To observe and discuss the ways your child is learning, growing and adapting to his/her world.
- To discuss and exchange ideas with other parents about family-child relationships and behavior.
- To explore and discover your own creative potential in working with individuals, groups and materials.
