Barre is a high intensity, low impact, full body (core centric) workout that focus on each major muscle group. No coordination or experience necessary! If you know what your feet, legs, and arms are - you CAN do barre. NOT JOKING!

This class will be taught outdoors in the backyard of TNS on the cement area outside the back door by a certified barre instructor, Emily Ruiz, specially trained in pregnancy and injury modifications. Don’t worry - she can help you modify everything, if needed. She has taught over 500 classes with individuals ranging in all levels of experience - from beginners to barre pros! She teaches a fun, engaging class that will challenge you and (perhaps) leave you wanting more. 

Please wear

• Comfortable clothes to move in
• Tennis shoes for stability

Please bring 

• Yoga mat
• Small towel (kitchen towel size works)
• Water bottle (we will provide water at the school)
• Positive attitude (YOU CAN DO THIS!)

After class  you’ll have your option of mimosas, juice, coffee, or water with light brunch consisting of pastries and fruit.
